RFP Proposal Generator is an AI-powered tool that transforms RFP briefs and prompts into Google Slides presentations. The App is operated by You First Media. These Terms govern your use of the App at all times.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain all rights to the brief content, documents, and prompts you submit to the App ("Your Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the service (i.e., generate your presentation).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide, including confidential client briefs or proprietary materials.
The App integrates with Google Slides and Google Gemini APIs. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Google's services.
When you authorize the App to access your Google account, you grant us permission to create Google Slides files in your Drive on your behalf. We will not access, modify, or delete any other files in your Google account.
The App uses AI to generate presentation content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before use. We make no warranty that generated content is accurate, legally compliant, or fit for any particular purpose.
The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by You First Media and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
AI-generated output produced using your inputs belongs to you, subject to any applicable terms from Google's Gemini API.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU FIRST MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
