      Summary: We do not sell your data. We do not store your brief content on our servers beyond what is necessary to generate your presentation. Your Google credentials are used only to create slides in your own Google account.
    

1. Who We Are

RFP Proposal Generator ("the App", "we", "us") is an AI-powered presentation creation tool. The App is operated by You First Media. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@youfirst.media.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Brief content: Text or PDF content you paste or upload is sent to the Google Gemini API to generate slide content. It is not stored on our servers after the response is returned.
Google account access: When you connect your Google account, we use OAuth 2.0 to obtain a short-lived access token. This token is stored only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session and is used exclusively to create a Google Slides presentation in your own Google Drive.
Usage data: We may collect anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature interactions) to improve the product. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

To generate AI-powered proposal content from your brief
To create a Google Slides presentation in your Google Drive on your behalf
To improve the App's performance and user experience

We do not use your brief content to train AI models.

4. Google API Scopes

The App requests the following Google OAuth scopes:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/presentations — to create and write Google Slides presentations in your Google Drive

We do not access any other files, emails, calendars, or data in your Google account.

5. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

Google Gemini API — your brief text is sent to generate content. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Slides API — to create the presentation in your Drive.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

Brief content is processed in-memory and not persisted to any database. Your Google access token is stored only in your browser's session memory and is discarded when the tab is closed. We do not retain any brief content after your session ends.

7. Your Rights

You may revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing "RFP Proposal Generator."

8. Security

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not store sensitive credentials on our servers. OAuth tokens are kept only in browser memory.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
